 Account Information- Photos are usually approved within 48 hours. During busy times, it could take a few additional days to get approval for a photo.
- You can change your photo information or delete any image at any time by using your login account.
- Images that you submit to us may also be submitted to other agencies as long as you didn't sign exclusivity with us.
 Payment Methods
Photographers will receive a percentage of the fee paid for each download of their work placed with us.
The basal rate is 35% of the amount the site receives on each download of your work. However, your percentage of the earning will be increased in accordance with the formula detailed in the table below.

- You must accumulate $100 to receive payment via PayPal; the amount must be $300 or more to receive payment by paper check. We will use the address that you provided in your account information.
- You will be paid monthly based on the above amount.
- Your real time sales statistics will appear in your login account.
File Type & Quality
The same guidelines apply to any sample photos you submit for approval.
Although our website is based on photos of Jewish life and culture which are unique, we welcome -in this spirit- other types of images with uniqueness, professionalism and creativity. Submitted images should be stock oriented with high commercial values, that can be molded into a creative work.
In accordance with our sensitivity to all denominations, photos on OtzarStock.com must meet a certain level of modesty. Be aware that we will be selective; and we might decline photos with questionable standards.
On a basic level images must be in focus, high acutance, properly color and contrast balanced and free from blemishes such as lens-flare, color-fringing, lens smudge marks, jpeg artifacts, excessive noise and so on.
 Assess the image sharpness and details ONLY by viewing photo at 100%.
- Minimum size: 1500 X 1100 px.
- Images must be RGB, saved at the highest JPG quality (12).

Make sure before uploading:
- Image dose not have a frame, watermark, website name, or copyright notice. We protect your images with our own watermark, applied at the time of acceptance.
 Indexing Photos
Titles, Descriptions and keywords (Tag's) enable users to search for specific images, and make the best matches for their search words.
 Title your photo with an "Image Name" using a maximum of 5-6 words to reflect the subject accurately.
Hebrew keywords: After completing your 8 keywords, you may also apply Hebrew keywords for better search results, since our Beta search engine does not yet support Hebrew translating, but will in the future.
Tip: Any ITPC software can make your life much easier! It lets you edit the keywords, description, and title on your computer offline, and it will automatically be recognized by our site engine while uploading the file.
 Model Release & Editorial Stock
Images with clearly visible people require a model release for legal reasons in order to be used in a commercial manner. A legal guardian or parent must sign for all children under the age of 18 years if they appear in any images. Please contact us to provide the Model Release.
Because we will charge more for a Model & Property Released photo download, you will earn more.
In case you have a Model Release, please send it to us before uploading the image.
Images without Model Release
We accept newsworthy images that contain people who have not signed a model release, for editorial usage. When uploading such a photo please select "For Editorial Use Only" at the "Release Management" area.
